Kae and I made a pact to update daily when we started this blog. As you can see, we have failed miserably.

Kae will probably start her own blog for her summer new york adventures and I am making a slow return to tumblr.

I always have some sort of Adobe CS program running. Tonight I have illustrator, indesign and photoshop open.

I am so, so blessed. Eeep!

I will be interning at Good Housekeeping magazine this summer. Again, eep!

Best part is I have the most supportive family and boyfriend who is behind me on this adventure.

Today my mom and I had a sushi date, it was a blessing to chat with her. She was telling me how she strolled for hours and frequented museums on free days when she was in Paris. I can’t wait to do the same in the city of cities.

New York here I come! If you have any housing tips send them my way.

I picked the Martha cover. It represents the target audience, which is moms and apparently me too haha. Go Martha! Let’s see, the magazine was founded in 1859 and is part of Hearst Corporation… more updates to come.

Girly hipsters like me are obsessing over The Girl with Glasses Show. It’s a new variety talk show for “smart girls” on fashion, art, music, entertainment, etc.  It’s hosted by Brooke White (of American Idol fame) and Summer Bellessa (model and editor of ELIZA Magazine).

Right this second & all at once: I want to run till it hurts, read Brother Karamazov or my anatomy biology book, cook, floss, thank God for revealing how real He is, crawl out of my skin, guzzle water, hug james, realize that no one is impressed by my sleep-deprivation, roll around on the carpet, paint my nails, grow in my knowledge of Christ, laugh, eat dim sum with the parents, breathe, think about the holy freaking spirit.

Feeling incredibly, overwhelmingly grateful to God and all His blessings it makes me a little queasy.
