Ephesians 3:14-19 (NASB)

For this reason I bow my knees before the Father, from whom every family in heaven and on earth derives its name, that He would grant you, according to the riches of His glory, to be strengthened with power through His Spirit in the inner man, so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith; and that you, being rooted and grounded in love, may be able to comprehend with all the saints what is the breadth and length and height and depth, and to know the love of Christ which surpasses knowledge, that you may be filled up to all th fullness of God.

Day 16: A song that makes you cry (or nearly)

Pretty much any soft worship song can bring tears to my eyes.

I’m copying Yuri and saying Sparklehorse/Radiohead’s cover of Wish You Were Here.

(Skipping Day 15 because I don’t read Fan fiction).

Day 13: A fictional book

Nicholas Sparks is writing a new book. The book’s description on Amazon sounds like every one of his books. With that said, yes, I will still read this book when it comes out. And yes I will probably cry.

Day 14: A non-fictional book

reason_for_God

Solid stuff by Tim Keller.

Day 12: Whatever tickles your fancy

Lately I have been reliving my China’s missions experience. Every night my team and I would debrief about the day (we spent our time in China sharing the gospel on various campuses). It was amazing to hear testimonies of God’s power and love from each member. I cried and laughed a lot last summer.

Day 10: A photo of you taken over ten years ago.

Back of this photo says ‘97.

This was taken somewhere in Europe. Yep. I am rocking plaid and a red headband.

Day 09: A photo you took.

jess

I snapped this picture of my roommate Jessica freshmen year on 3rd Street promenade. She is gorgeous.

I’m not much of a photographer, but I’m interested in learning more about it. I’ll be taking a digital photography class next semester. Can’t wait!

I’m skipping day 8 (A photo that makes you mad/sad). You can google Kevin Carter’s photo of a starving Sudanese child next to a vulture.

Day 07: A photo that makes you happy.

SSPX0169

Em and I got snow cones yesterday. Eventually we moved to sit on the ledge of a pawn shop’s store front and talked and people-watched. I love parking lots, and snow cones, and Emily.
