I made this image last time it rained, but I forgot to upload it, and suddenly it was perfect LA weather again. I still don’t own a pair of rain boots. I also don’t have an umbrella. And I’m actually not a huge fan of this print. I much prefer the Kate Spade ad I ripped out of a Vogue and tacked on our wall.

Here’s an old picture of our living room wall. It’s made up of attractive men, dancers, food, pictures of us, etc. I’ll take a more recent picture later. It has grown a lot. Patrick Dempsey is no longer the focal point. Jess and I replaced him with Channing Tatum after seeing Dear John

1. For coffee lovers. A porcelain coffee cup. Clever design. Put a coupon inside promising a coffee-date-and-movie-night-in.
2. A key and locket necklace Remember to avoid the overdone heart-shaped jewelry on Valentine’s Day.
3. This book has been on the blog radar for a while now. Rob Ryan’s cutouts are amazing. In addition to the book, make a cut out for your valentine. No matter how rough the cut, she’ll appreciate the gesture.
4. Forgetmeknot ring. Love the concept.
5. My favorite item on the list! Tell your valentine your favorite trait of hers with this ceramic bowl (I would use it for jewelry or coins). You are . . . funny, smart, gorgeous, etc.
6. Get in here poster.
7. Iphone art print via etsy’s guide.
7. Anything from method. environment friendly, great packaging, yummy scents (grapefruit soap featured)

1. Guys like legos, right? Lego architecture looks pretty sophisticated to me.
2. Classic timex camper watch. A steal for under $40.
3. Personalized guitar picks. Put your own initials on them or the first initial of both of your names.
4. This tie is way too expensive but I love the tiny skull. I found it via oh bob .
5. Wooden iphone case
6. Gummy heart.
7. Men like meat. Bacon wallet.

Above are two (super girly) diy ideas that I liked:
Chocolate strawberry ice cream sandwiches I actually might make these for my roommates this weekend!
Box of flowers instead of a typical box of chocolate. Though, I would probably want chocolate over flowers. Anyone else with me on this?
