2. Be a first grade girl who attends Austin Stone.

3. Be an adorable Kate Spade perfume bottle.

This is a great picture of my sister and her boyfriend James. I love them so much.

I’m pretty impressed with the quality of my camera phone.

After dinner we waited for the sun to set to see the bats come out under South Congress bridge. No big swarms of bats came out, but I enjoyed myself nonetheless. It’s amazing how something usually unbearable like waiting becomes enjoyable when you’re with someone you like.

So good.

The check comes in a clear glass with smarties. I love this extra touch.

A bat sculpture on South Congress I never noticed before.

I love this city.

Date night concluded with sundaes at Sonic.
What I’ll always remember about this date: I laughed a lot.
Thanks for taking me out boyfriend! You are a blessing from God.

an arty picture of forever 21.
After work I met a few of my friends here to shop. I didn’t buy anything (I’m on a budget people! I am saving money to invest in a tablet).
I did however lust after this bag:

It doesn’t really look like anything special…but the bag is both a tote and a cross body bag (there’s a strap included that attaches to the hardware on the side). I saw a girl purchase it (it was the last one) as I left the score. Alas it was not meant to be.
Forever 21 is definitely my guilty pleasure.
Here’s a fun fact: John 3:16 is printed on the bottom of their bags.
I leave you with that verse, because it’s a good one, regardless of what you think about the store:
For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life.

A ship in harbor is safe — but that is not what ships are for.
Off to New York City. See you in a week!
